To protect the privacy and security of our users, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your Personal Information that is collected and maintained by the Company. You may also request details of the parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information.

2. Right to Removal of Personal Information.

The Company endeavours to only process and record your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary. You have the right to ask us to remove the Personal Information we have about you from our servers. We will comply with your request unless we have a valid legal reason or obligation to retain your information.

3. Right to Rectification/Modification of Personal Information.

If any of your Personal Information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request corrections/modifications. Some basic information can be updated directly through our Website/App.

4. Right to Data Portability.

(b) Right to Deletion of Data.

You have the right to ask us to delete any Personal Information that we possess about you. Upon receiving your request, we will intimate you if your data can be deleted and we shall instruct all third parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information with to delete the same. We may not be able to erase your Personal Information or direct our third parties to do so in certain situations. Examples of these situations include, but are not limited to, the following:

(i) If we need to retain your Personal Information in order to provide you our products or services, to complete a transaction or fulfil the requirements of a contract between us, or fulfil the requirements of a warranty on any goods purchased from us, or to facilitate a product recall;

We do not use clear gifs (i.e., Web Beacons/Web Bugs) in our HTML-based emails.
