1. How to track the status for my order ?

To track your order, Follow the steps below -

2. Enter your order ID.
Kindly check your whatsapp/email for real time order updates.

2. What is the standard time of delivery?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours and it takes 2-5 days to get it delivered post shipped.

Modify Order

1. How can I modify my Order (Phone Number/Address/Product)?

We regret to inform you that once you have placed an order, we are unable to make any changes to it.
Alternatively, you can cancel and place a new order with the updated correct details.

Please Note: If your order has already been packed, you won't be able to cancel your order but you can refuse it at the time of delivery and you will get your refund within 5-7 working days in the source account if the order is already paid for.

2. Can I modify/change my payment method?

Unfortunately, payment method changes aren't possible after placing an order.
However, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it and reorder with the preferred payment method and you will get your refund within 5-7 working days in the source account if the order is already paid for.

Delivery related concern

1. My Order is returned without delivery attempt

We are sorry to hear this, ideally our Courier Partner attempts delivery 3 times before marking it for return.

Refund: In case your order has been marked 'Returned' by courier and is prepaid, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment once we receive products. Refund is credited in 5-7 working days from the date of processing, except for Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.

2. My order is delayed.

Cancel Order

1. How do I cancel the order?

Please follow the steps below to cancel the order-
1. Go to https://swissbeauty.in/account
2. Click on "Order history"
3. You will see a cancel button right next to your order. Click on it, confirm cancellation and your order will successfully be cancelled

Note: If you are unable to see the cancel button, that means your order has already been packed or shipped. In such case, you will not be able to cancel the order.
If you still wish to cancel it, kindly refuse the order at the time of delivery and incase of prepaid order, you will receive your refund within 5-7 working days.

2. I am not able to cancel my order

Your order is cancelable only before it gets packed. Once it is packed, you won’t be able to cancel the order but don't worry, you can refuse at the time of delivery and we'll process the refund once the order is marked Return to origin (RTO) by our courier partner.

Payment related

1. My payment has been deducted, but my order is not confirmed. Check order status.

We apologize for the inconvience caused. However, this could happen due to certain issues at our end.

Refund/ Cashback related

1. When will I get my Refund?

For paid orders, refund is initiated instantly on cancellation/Returns/Failed Order.
Once the refund is initiated, it takes 5-7 working days from the date of initiation (except for Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays).

2 How much cashback will I receive after delivery of my order?

You will receive 30% of the total order value as cashback in your wallet.

3. When will I receive my cashback?

On eligible orders, you will get the cashback in the cashback wallet within 24 hrs of order delivery.

4. How can I use my cashback?

1. Create your new account with Swiss Beauty on www.swissbeauty.in or login using your existing Swiss Beauty account using your registered mobile number.
2. Add products in your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. At checkout, select the "redeem" option provided to redeem your Swiss Cash.
4. If you are eligible for cashback, the same will be added in your Swiss Cash Wallet account within 24 hours of successful delivery.

5. Can I use 100% cashback in one order?

As per Cashback policy, the user is eligible to pay 50% of the order value via Swiss Cash

6. What is the validity of my cashback?

The cashback will be valid for 30 days from the date of credited.

7. Payement failed but not received cashback.

If your payment was failed and Swiss cash was deducted, please wait for 24 hrs for the cashback to be credited back to your wallet.

8 Can I transfer my cashback to my bank account?

Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The cashback amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.

1. The product(s) I have received is Defective/damaged/expired/wrong product received/missing.

Return order

1. How do I return my order?

Please raise the return request on chat/call or through https://swissbeauty.in/pages/contact and share the reason for the return along with an image of the delivered items and shipping box. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please note:
-We only allow return in specific cases and within 48 hours of order delivery. Please refer to our Return policy before applying for return. You can view our return policy at https://swissbeauty.in/pages/refund-policy

- After your return has been placed, it takes 2-3 working days for the courier boy to come and pick-up your return shipment.
- Refund for paid orders is processed once the products are returned back to us. The whole process takes around 5-7 working days.

2 Can i return part of my order?

Only in case of a wrong, expired, or damaged product received, a return can be created. It is mandatory to make a 360-degree unboxing video while receiving the parcel. This video should capture the complete process of opening the box and inspecting the parcel and the products from all angles.

1. Add a product to the cart and checkout using your registered phone number only.
2. The moment you get to the payment page, your account will be auto-created with the
phone number and email you provided at checkout (You need not to complete the
payment).
3. Thereon, you can login using your phone number via OTP.

You can also click on the "profile" icon located on top right corner of the website, enter your phone number-> enter OTP and you will be registered with us.
